A terrible news has just been released and confirmed by the JRT MX Team: the young Sebastian Fortini lost his life this afternoon after the consequences of an accident in training on the Traona track, near Morbegno, in the Adda.
According to the first reconstructions of the accident, it appears that after the fall, Sebastián hit a tree with his chest and the impact caused internal bleeding. The rescue teams immediately arrived at the scene of the accident, with an ambulance, a medical car and also the helicopter rescue, but unfortunately there was nothing to do. The Carabinieri of the Chiavenna company are carrying out investigations and reconnaissance on the ground, with the aim of establishing the exact causes of the accident. Sebastián was born in 2003 and was only 17 years old. Other words are superfluous.
