Schools of all types and levels closed in Reggio Calabria as of Monday. The decision was made during the meeting held this morning at Palazzo San Giorgio by the working group deployed by Mayor Falcomatà.
The ordinance has not yet been signed by the mayor, but the news is officially confirmed. However, nothing has yet been decided regarding kindergartens. The decision will be made in the next few hours, after a careful evaluation by the municipal working group.
As we anticipated yesterday, therefore, with the mayor’s statements live on Facebook, schools were also closed in Reggio Calabria to further protect the community. The lessons will continue with the distance learning method, as is already the case, however, for high school students.
