Coming soon new dpcm: school, shops, bars. What can change

The Government is working on a new Dpcm in view of December 3 to set restrictions and anti-Covid rules at least until the end of the year and thus avoid the danger of contagion during the holidays.

Among the measures under study, Corriere della Sera explains today, restaurants open at night (but not during holidays) in the yellow areas and with tables for up to 4 people, the hours of the shops are extended until 10.00 p.m. to avoid queues at the entrances, minimal exceptions that the movement between the regions allows family members to meet again at least on vacation, red zones in the provinces where the contagion of Covid 19 is high and where health facilities are in trouble. All “without excluding the possibility of issuing closure orders around Christmas and New Year, as happened after mid-August to order the lockout of discos.” Also, for the Corsera, there would be no changes for secondary schools with respect to the decree now in force: secondary schools closed, therefore, at least until January 7 with dad. Universities also closed. The Conference of the Regions has also drawn up a plan, Corsera continues, on the reopening of the ski facilities that will have to undergo CTS evaluations. But reopening, he says, within the government at this point appears to be out of the question.

On this last point, the mayor of Florence Dario Nardella spoke today on Twitter: “There is talk of reopening the ski cable cars – wrote the mayor – while museums and schools would be closed in the same areas. Crazy. Let’s try to establish real priorities while fighting against Covid-19 “.
