School, new ordinance of Emiliano in Puglia: primary and secondary schools reopen from November 7

Starting tomorrow, the Apulian students attending the elementary and middle schools they can go back to class. the new ordinance signed in the evening by the President of the Region Michele Emiliano that fully incorporates the government dpcm: “With effect from November 7, 2020 – we read – and until the end of December 3, 2020, didactic activity must be done in application of the Dpcm November 3, 2020 ″. Since the Region is located in orange zonetherefore, face-to-face lessons are allowed up to the eighth grade. For high school students, however, it is still the distance education 100% as established by the executive to contain the spread of coronavirus.

Thus ends the tug of war between the Region and Palazzo Chigi for the school, after the governor had issued an arrest warrant at the end of October for institutions at all levels (except primary), in contravention of the provisions of the government.
