The closest collaborator of Michele Primavera, according to the investigations of the Gdf, was his colleague Oronzo Panebianco. Oronzo Pedico, for his part, president of the provincial office of Asso-Consum in Barletta, “provided the names of the farmers”, that is, he was the group’s “client portfolio attorney” for the territories of Foggia and Alta Murgia.
