SITUATION. With the invasion of the Scandinavian front in progress on Friday a deep minimal depression is digging in the Tyrrhenian Sea and within the next 24 hours it will move south, positioning itself between Sicily and Tunisia. It will revolve around its center a front that will remain active in our southern regions, giving rise to conditions of marked instability. It will also be due to strong Grecale winds that will sweep through virtually all of our regions, bringing cold air responsible for a greater drop in temperatures. In contrast, the weather improves in the Center-North. Here are the details:
METEO ITALY SATURDAY. The minimal pressure that it will bring between Sicily and Tunisia and the disturbance that revolves around it insists in southern Italy in bad weather, especially on the Ionian mainland side. Residual rains until morning in Marche and Abruzzo, with snow on the crest of the Apennines even below 1000 m, descending during the day. Simultaneously the phenomena will spread to a large part of Sicily and the rest of Calabria, although with less intensity, while they will tend to decrease in Puglia, Basilicata and internal bells, with snow from 1200 m to 1400 m in Sila. Instead, it will be the good weather will prevail in the north and the Tyrrhenian regions, now under the protection of a reinforcing high pressure field over central Europe.
