The salary for January 2021 is already visible in NoiPA, in the personal section, for teachers and ATA with permanent or temporary contracts as of August 31 or June 30. Here is the route to correctly display the amount.
In the SALARY section, click on “Payment inquiry”, the screen will open where you can search for 2020 only.
To see January 2021 you need to manually enter 2021 and then search.
Higher salary? There are two reasons
The possibly higher amount of the quota for January 2021 depends on this month not making deductions for regional – municipal surcharges, which will start again in March until November.
In the December landslide, the largest amount did not attract attention due to the presence of the thirteenth.
The salary will be valid on Friday, January 22, 2021.
The pay stub, like every month, will be visible in NoiPA near the expiration date.
At the moment, only the total amount is visible in the Payment Inquiry.
Effects of the tax wedge cut
We also remind you that the cut in the tax wedge comes into effect from January.
The 2021 tax wedge cut amounts vary based on annual wage income and are paid differently. Below are the income brackets with the amounts.
Reduce the tax wedge, income brackets for employees
Therefore, also by 2021, certain employees will obtain a significant salary surplus related to the reduction of labor costs, which the government has decided to convert directly into the payroll.
The cut is determined based on the employee’s income.
In addition, the tax wedge cut, also based on income, is assigned through a personal income tax credit on the pay receipt or through a tax deduction on employee income. The benefit is to go up to 100 euros for the workers.
The amount of the tax credit is € 100 for incomes up to € 28,000, € 80 for incomes over € 28,000 and up to € 35,000, and it goes down from € 80 to zero for incomes over € 28,000 and up to € 40,000.
For the first tranche, the one that receives a bonus of 100 euros, this will be paid through the payment of personal income tax in the payroll.
For the higher income brackets, on the other hand, the bonus is paid through a tax deduction on employee income.
