BOLOGNA – Starting Sunday, November 15 Emilia Romagna will be a region in the orange zone (high risk). Therefore, more restrictive measures come into force to limit the spread of Covid19. Which? Displacements are only allowed within the municipality of residence itself, while those to other municipalities and those entering and leaving the region are prohibited, except for proven needs for work, health, study or necessity. With the recommendation to avoid unnecessary travel even within your own municipality. Restaurants and other catering businesses are closed (bars, pubs, ice cream parlors, patisseries): only take away sales are allowed, from 5 to 10, while home deliveries have no time limit. The new measures, in addition to those already in force, will take effect at least two weeks after the ordinance signed last night by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza.
The regional ordinance is still valid adopted yesterday by President Stefano Bonaccini, in agreement with Minister Speranza, which comes into effect today, Saturday, November 14. It contains measures that aim to avoid gatherings and situations of contagion risk above all. Compared to those envisaged when entering the orange zone, the most restrictive measures will prevail.
Based on the regional ordinance, therefore, as of Saturday 14 it will also be necessary to comply with standards not provided for in the orange zone, based on the fact that in the days prior to holidays and public holidays large and medium-sized sales structures, both with a single exercise as with several stores, regardless of their connection, including shopping complexes, are closed to the public, except for the sale of food products, pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists and kiosks. In addition, any type of sale is prohibited on holidays, even in neighborhood shops, interiors or in public areas, always with the exception of pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists, kiosks and sale of food products.
The same will happen with the following measures: mandatory use of the mask at all times, just after leaving home; sport and physical activity preferably in public parks, green, rural and peripheral areas, while it will not be possible in the streets and squares of the historic center of cities, nor in habitually crowded areas; the entry of a single member per family unit in food stores; the stoppage of municipal markets in the absence of precise security rules established by the Municipalities; the suspension of classes in gymnastics, singing and wind instruments in elementary and secondary schools.
