The agreement regarding the purchase of the footballer Kumbulla also provides for a variable consideration, in favor of Hellas Verona, conditional on the achievement of certain sporting objectives, estimated at approximately 3.5 million euros. A contract has been signed with Kumbulla which, if the relevant conditions for the definitive purchase obligation are met, will be valid until June 30, 2025 ”.
