Rome, Forza Nuova in Piazza del Popolo against the “health dictatorship”: provocations and clashes with the police

The Forza Nuova militants, the ultra neo-fascists, cover their faces with ski masks and call for the charge. They met in the central square of Rome to protest against the “dictatorship of health and the curfew” but immediately the provocation and the throwing of objects took place and they set off firecrackers from the police who respond with a first charge and try to disperse at approximately. Two hundred people came to the call of the Castellino leader. Tensions, the police pushed the protesters towards Piazzale Flaminio where a small guerrilla broke out: this was what the Forza Nuova activists, Roberto Fiore and Giuliano Castellino in the head, who on social networks had summoned the violent and denial Rome to emulate the Neapolitan revolts.

The clashes then continued in via Carrara to the Ministry of the Navy and some garbage containers were also overturned in viale Mazzini, in the direction of Rai’s headquarters. At least ten were arrested around one in the morning and two policemen were injured. There were also riots in the Piazza Trilussa area, with smoke bombs and scooters thrown by a group of mobsters. From Trastevere, the group of thugs crossed the Sublicio Bridge and moved to Piazza dell’Emporio, in the heart of Testaccio. At least five people were arrested for the fights in the two squares.
