A customer died in the supermarket of the Euroma 2 shopping center in Rome, probably due to illness. Then the supermarket was evacuated.
The 73-year-old man reportedly fell ill while shopping. Attempts to resuscitate him with a defibrillator were unsuccessful and, after an initial evacuation only of the affected area, the entire hypermarket was evicted and closed by the same manager. The carabinieri were at the scene, while the body was at the disposal of the relatives.
