Martina Trevisan is on the field of play over Suzanne Lenglen for the round of 16 match against Kiki Bertens. It had already happened previously in 1972 (Adriano Panatta and Nicola Pietrangeli), 1973 (Adriano Panatta and Paolo Bertolucci), 1975 (Adriano Panatta and Tonino Zugarelli), 1976 (Adriano Panatta and Corrado Barazzutti) and 2018 (Marco Cecchinato and Fabio Fognini).
