With the new DPCM, so it has run against the clock to ensure that an agreement with the Regions can already be reached today, diversify measures between the red zones and the rest of the country.
Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, in fact, is against the idea of organizing a national shutdown; we must intervene in those higher risk territories, trying to prevent the coronavirus from spreading even in the least affected Regions for the moment.
From territorial blockades We are talking about it at this time and – although the Regions do not agree preferring a generalized closure – it seems that this will be precisely the path that the Government will take with the new decree. Today the layout of the Rooms will be illustrated and there we will know what the new restrictions planned for the entire Italian territory and which, instead, will be limited to the red zones.
Several rumors circulate about it: this is how the government could diversify measures contained in new DPCM between the red zones and the rest of Italy.
Restrictions for red zones: what changes in case of territorial blockade
The Government may have decided in favor of circumscribed bull runs to those areas with the highest number of infections and in which the health situation seems to be at greatest risk.
But what will these locks look like? First there will be closing of bars and restaurants, while these in the rest of Italy will continue to respect the hours established by the last DPCM, thus suspending any restaurant service at the table from 6:00 p.m. In the red zones, however, there will be a total shutdown of these activities for at least two to three weeks.
Other businesses that can close are hairdressers and beauty centers: It is newsflash, in fact, that these could be saved with the new DPCM, with the Government that will allow these activities to continue if there are no particular alert situations. Hairdressers and beauty centers, on the other hand, should close in the red zones affected by territorial blockades.
There is another aspect that could change depending on the territory in which you are and that is the one that concerns the travel limitation. The government, in fact, seems willing to introduce a curfew, establishing that after a certain time slot the movements should be limited to cases of strict necessity.
In detail, the idea of the Prime Minister is to provide a curfew at 21:00 for all of Italy, anticipating it in 18:00 for the red zones.
On this aspect, however, there are still several ongoing discussions: the CTS, in fact, calls for a curfew to be established at 18:00 for all of Italy, while, on the other hand, the Regions want this to be postpone to 9:00 PM also in what will be recognized as red zones.
In the red areas, then, there should be closing of high schools and second and third grade classes, while in the national territory we will limit ourselves to providing 100% teaching both for the intermediate level and for 8th graders only.
In all of Italy, then, there should be closure of museums and shopping centers (but the latter only on weekends). Additionally, there will be limitations to travel between all Regions; the “Trespass“It will be allowed only in cases of strict necessity.
