Restorer murdered in the courtyard of his house in the Bergamo area

A man was killed this afternoon in Dalmine, in via Sertorio, on his property. The killers attacked him chitting him on the head, and the man died instantly.

The crime took place in the courtyard of a house on the outskirts of the city of Bergamo, which also houses the victim’s restaurant. Treviglio’s Carabinieri are investigating. All 118 relief efforts are in vain.

The victim is Franco Colleoni, 68, from Dalmine, owner of the restaurant “Il Carroccio”, known because he had been provincial secretary of the League until 2004 and also provincial councilor. Some criminals have entered the farmhouse where Colleoni was with his wife and the Carabinieri are reconstructing what happened to the patio where the attack took place with a blunt instrument that resulted in his death.
