As reconstructed, Willy and some friends would have left the pizzeria at 2.30, to get to the car of the 21-year-old parked near the park. The Paliano boy would have noticed then the fight and his former schoolmate being attacked. Willy steps in to help his friend, placing himself between him and Pincarelli.
