How to recover your personal code
If the personal code has been lost, it can be recovered in Online Instances. These are the steps:
- Login to online instances
- Go to Service Roles and click
- Then select the item “Retrieve personal code”
- Enter the tax code
- Enter the answer to the “Key question”
- You will receive an email with your code and you can proceed with the forwarding of the request.
