The meeting of the operative table (School Unions, RSU and Region) on the problem of the reopening of schools took place yesterday, January 7, 2021.
Initially, a confirmation of the resumption of lessons was known in presence as of January 7 but, according to what was communicated in a note from the Flc Cgil, the evaluations are not yet completed and there could be a postponement until Monday, January 11.
The convergence points would in fact be:
- The schools will be invited to deliberate on the time reductions provided for by current legislation (art. 28 CCNL School 2007 and administrative acts to which it refers), without the need for teachers and students to compensate them;
- The percentages of access to the school are reversed: 60% of the students will enter in the first hour (8:00 am) and 40% in the second hour (10:00 am), minimizing the inconvenience of the new School organization;
- At the proposal of the unions, there will be an evaluation by the Education Advisor
possible postponement of face-to-face teaching activities until January 11; - There will be a new follow-up meeting of the regional table, set within the first week after the resumption of the didactic activity in attendance;
- Regarding the request made by the unions. of an additional resource pool for ATA staff overtime, USR Lazio responded that resource allocation for this purpose has been provided between MI and the state / regions conference.
The trade union organizations then ask:
- Active health policy in schools (contact tracing, priority access to tampons, vaccination priority of school personnel, after medical protocols, health uniforms in all ASL);
- General reorganization of the hours of production activities, in parallel with the school schedule;
- Attention to the age segment 0 – 6 and to the primary cycle, with a follow-up that verifies the current conditions, after four months of face-to-face school activity.
