The Carabinieri of the NAS of Reggio Calabria, during the past week, carried out specific services aimed at enforcing measures to contain the spread of Covid-19, raising numerous fines to restaurants and bars in the capital and in the province of Reggio .

The military sifted the places of nightlife and greater aggregation, sanctioning:

• three bars and a grill, where the staff served customers without wearing protective masks;

• Two restaurants that did not respect the correct distance between customers within the premises.

In addition, a restaurateur was referred to the Public Ministry of Reggio Calabria because he was found with more than 80 kg of frozen food products, especially meat preparations, but which were actually originally fresh, had cold burns and partly lacked protection and indications. about the origin; conservation procedures that seriously endanger the health of consumers.
