The Ristori Decree Law enters into force after the signature of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, and its publication.
In the Official Gazette no. 269 of October 28, 2020 – Extraordinary Edition, Decree-Law of October 28, 2020, n. 137 bearing “New urgent measures in terms of health protection, support for workers and companies, justice and security, linked to the epidemiology of Covid-19”.
The Decree consisting of 35 articles contained in the following titles:
- Title I. (Articles 1-10) – Support for businesses and the economy
- Title II (Articles 11-17) – Labor provisions
- Titolo III (Articles 18-33) – Health and safety measures and other urgent provisions
- Title IV (Articles 34 to 35) – Final provisions
In the ‘Refreshments Decree’ another 85 million euros have been allocated to integrated digital teaching, which will allow the purchase of portable devices and connection tools.
The resources are intended for the purchase of digital devices and tools for the use of integrated digital didactic activities that will be granted on loan for the use of disadvantaged students.
The new endowment approved by the Council of Ministers, according to the calculations made by the Ministry of Education based on the results of the previous financing, will allow the purchase of more than 200 thousand new devices and more than 100 thousand connections.
