Companies and public businesses that operate in the catering, cultural, entertainment and sports activities were once again subject to the restrictive measures introduced on Sunday, October 25.

Refreshment Decree: new aid, for which categories?
The new provisions announced by the Prime Minister have hit some sectors of the country like a tile.

Recipients of the next measures of Economical supporttherefore, all companies, CIF and public establishments must be subject to the restrictions contained in the new DPCM, for a total number of at least 350,000 realities, as announced by Gualtieri himself.
Specifically, the Soda decree Most likely, it will target companies that are forced to close or limit the hours of their activities. Thus, there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, pubs, bars, patisseries, theaters, cinemas, discos, game rooms, swimming pools, gyms, ski resorts competing for help.
However, the list of beneficiaries is being defined. The following are the main measures the Government is considering.
Non-refundable contributions
The Refresco decree provides for new contributions a Lost fund, for a total of 1.2 billion euros of aid.
The Mise and the Mef are working to define the structure and mechanisms for the disbursement of these compensation. From Gualtieri’s statements, however, some characteristics of this specific support for companies have already emerged.

As to amounts of soft drinks, there are no specific details. Minister Gualtieri was unbalanced when stating that: “we will give a higher compensation this time the one received last time”.
In the relaunch decree, 10.15 and 20 percent were offered on the basis of income or compensation included in the decrease compared to 2019 and included in three bands.
For natural persons, a minimum of 1,000 euros was foreseen, increased to 2,000 euros for legal persons. For the moment, for the Soda decree, it is not clear whether the disbursement criteria of the non-reimbursable fund will be the same. There are amounts under study that are at least one and a half times higher according to government sources.
The Vice Minister of Economy Misiani highlighted the need to distinguish between companies that will close at 6:00 p.m. and those forced to completely block their activities, with greater support for the latter.
IMU fee removal
The cancellation of the IMU fee is also likely to come. The tax, which expires on December 16, should be eliminated for companies and economic subjects affected by the Prime Minister’s Decree, as announced by Gualtieri himself.
Rental tax credit

Gualtieri, when presenting the guidelines of the Soda decree, also spoke of an assignment of 1,000 euros will be provided for more difficult categories, which could include:
- seasonal tourism;
- seasonal shows;
- sports center operators;
- for occasional and intermittent workers
- home sellers
The bonus would compensate the loss of income of the categories included in the closures and limitations of the new DPCM. However, the characteristics and scope of these supports remain to be defined. only one.
