Starting Friday, November 6 four regions become the red zone: Lombardy, Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta and Calabria. 2 – If I am a resident of a Region in the red zone, can I leave?

No, beauty and massage centers are closed.
18 – Can I go to the bar or restaurant?
The activities of the catering services – bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries – are not suspended – with the exception of dining rooms and continuous catering.
19 – Can I order food at home?
Yes, it is always allowed to order food and drink and at home.
20 – Can I buy food or drink to go?
Yes, but only until 10 pm, and with prohibition of consumption in the place or in the vicinity of the enclosure.
21 – Can I go to sports centers?
Not the suspended attivit even outdoors.
22 – How can I do sports?
Sports activity is only allowed outdoors and individually. Only national level competitions are allowed.
23 – Can I jog?
Yes, you can go for a run.
24- Can I ride a bike?
Yes, because it is part of sports activity.
25- Can I take a walk?
Yes, but it is a “motor activity” and is therefore only allowed alone and close to home.
26 – Should I wear a mask if I go for a walk?
In the Dpcm it is written that it is possible to carry out motor activities provided that in any case the distance of at least one meter from any other person is respected and with the obligation to use respiratory protection devices.
