Puglia is the yellow zone, at least for the next two weeks. It will change Sunday’s range to the lowest risk scenario. Based on the latest data from the Covid19 integrated surveillance bulletin prepared by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, today issued the new ordinance that reconsiders the map of the regions.
Now you can move freely between the municipalities of Apulia from 5 to 22 without the need for self-certification, except on December 25, 26 and January 1, dates in which movement between municipalities is prohibited by decree law n. 58 of December 2, 2020 also incorporated into the Dpcm of December 3. From 10 at night to 5 in the morning you must always be able to demonstrate that the movement is among those allowed.
Catering, bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors and patisseries can reopen from 5 to 18. A maximum of 4 people can sit at the same table, unless the customers are all living together. Home delivery is always allowed and take-out food is allowed until 10 pm, but it is forbidden to consume on site or in the vicinity of activities. In hotels and other accommodation facilities, only catering for guests is allowed, as before, with no time limit, but from 6:00 p.m. on December 31 to 7:00 a.m. on January 1 it will be allowed only with room service, to avoid dinners.
Whereas in the orange zone it was possible to practice hunting or amateur or sport fishing only within the municipality itself, now it is clearly possible to move anywhere, as long as you stay in the yellow zone.
Now it is possible to get to the second house if it is located in a municipality in the yellow zone. If the second house is located in a municipality in the orange or red zone, it is only allowed if it is due to the need to remedy unexpected and unpredictable situations (such as landslides, broken plumbing systems and the like, theft, etc.) and in any case according to strictly functional schedules and methods to compensate for such situations.
Even in the yellow zone, the curfew is maintained from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day, extended on New Year’s Eve, until 7 a.m. on January 1. During these hours, only trips motivated by proven work needs, situations of need or health reasons are allowed.
In any case, from December 21 to January 6, any movement in and out between territories of different regions will be prohibited and on December 25 and 26 and January 1, 2021, movement between municipalities is also prohibited, except that is motivated by proven work needs or situations of need or for health reasons. In any case, the return to one’s own residence, domicile or domicile is allowed, excluding trips to second residences located in another Region and, on December 25 and 26, 2020 and January 1, 2021, also located in another Municipality.
