While the controversy surrounding the publication of GPS continues, one arrives explanatory note from the Ministry in which the school offices are invited to correct the errors in the provincial rankings.
School offices can correct reported errors
In fact, as we know, one of the main problems with GPS concerns the fact that there are no provisional classifications but the published ones are final. That is why the applicants have promised a battle, which in many cases will take place in court.
However, the Ministry intervened and explained to the unions, in the course of the information of the replacement circular, that mistakes can be corrected.
From viale Trastevere, in fact, the invitation was sent to the territorial offices to proceed with the rectification in self defense of scores clearly wrong and accept the manifestly justified complaints.
This is what you need to verify
In particular, the Territorial Offices should check some cases of possible errors found frequently:
- possession of the specific service requirement for instrument teachers (competition class A55) in the absence of which applicants will be excluded from the GPS
- possession of the requirement of three years of service in support for band II GPS support; in the absence of the requirement, applicants should be excluded
- l ‘possible declaration of service titles, during the course of studies, by graduates in educational sciences, whose scores, therefore, will be reduced
- the evaluation of the research grant score which must be in the single call and not in the years of duration of the research.
The question of the 12 points of evaluable service
The note also refers to other fundamental aspects, such as the score of the service that can be evaluated: the global score of the service that can be evaluated for each ranking, in the case of several services and for each school year, is equal to a maximum of 12 pointswrites the Ministry.
This score can also be achieved by adding more “non-specific” services, as to reach the maximum score of 12 points.
In the hypothesis of scores higher than 12 points the information system has automatically provided the relative reduction, returning it to the maximum of 12 expected points.
The increase in the scores given by the service, which also aroused astonishment and made us assume errors, is instead the effect of the supervening legislation. that changed the calculation criteria and was duly recognized by the computer system.
