In this sense, we request clarification from the competent Offices on the reasons why several school Offices follow a non-uniform direction in the entries to the position, maturing the orientation so as not to proceed to a new call, beyond the first, that in many cases proved insufficient. complete the programmed numbers for the awarding of chairs.
In fact, we learned, among others, in particular, of the case of GM 2018 ADSS – Puglia, where around twenty and more chairs remain unassigned, without the indication to summon additional graduates for the date. to complete the recruitment program.
In fact, to date, no. 21 chairs, compared to no. 66 appointments announced by USR Puglia from this ranking, already financed by the MEF. The designated Office has not yet summoned all the candidates still present in the ranking, having summoned the first 100 graduates and not having summoned all subsequent ones, equal to 150 more names, with the result of not being able to exhaust the number of established appointments.
Therefore, it is understandable the fear that in this case, as in the others reported by colleagues from various parts of Italy, the displacement of the classifications has not yet been determined, as established in the ministerial circular on appointments 23825 of 07.08. 2020
All the more so since in this precarious framework the difficulties caused by the strict obligations foreseen for the orderly start of the school year and the particular innovations determined by the measures to combat the Covid-19 pandemic overlap that generate uncertainty about the expected results of the course. question.
We hope that these concerns are unfounded and that the school offices concerned avoid the possibility that a large number of teachers in the predicate to achieve the position already this year, risk being handed over to other precarious years.
A fact that in the case described, being the professorships specialized in support, would do a more serious damage, reflecting the global quality of the educational offer in favor of the most fragile category of students.
Therefore, we await the appropriate responses from the competent RSUs to restore serenity to interested colleagues and ensure the completion of the established template for AS 2020/2021.
