A nightmare, for the victim, that began last June and lasted until last week. For now Cardia, with some treatment but also specific antecedents, is in a state of freedom but measures could be taken against him, to protect the young woman.

From the rapid investigations of the Pirri carabinieri, which collected the complaints filed by the victim, it all started on Facebook. The unemployed man noticed the 28-year-old on the street and found her on social media. Once her house was identified, in the center of Pirri, the raids began. One in late June, one in mid-July. Then after the August break, three more bombings in September. All reported by the victim to the military and, on the last occasion, with the intervention of the agents of the flying brigade.

The carabinieri had already led the investigations into some suspects thanks to videos recorded by the video surveillance systems in the area. An individual was immortalized while climbing to the mezzanine balcony. In one circumstance his face was also photographed, in another he wore a hood that partially covered his face.

In the five robberies, according to the investigations, 28 panties of various types were stolen. But the man also left messages. Vulgar sexual phrases. The prosecutor has decided to take the matter seriously and swiftly for fear that a dangerous person could be behind the raids. The hardest part was identification. The station investigators, coordinated by the commander of the company, Emanuele Macrì, arrived at Cardia: the bombing, on Wednesday night, allowed to recover the panties that the victim obviously refused to recover.
