The area is quite isolated and is not new to such raids. The investigations began immediately and continue unabated, even if the carabinieri are keeping the findings confidential at this time. It shocked the mayor of Bucine, Nicola Benini, who learned from the media what happened. The municipality of Arezzo is also preparing a celebration in memory of Paolo Rossi: “We are waiting to hear from his wife Federica Cappelletti when it will be possible to do so,” explained the mayor. In addition, the hypothesis of dedicating the Bucine stadium to the great missing footballer is being considered.
