(ANSA) – ANCONA, SEPTEMBER 16 – The trial before the Criminal Appeal Court for the murder of Pamela Mastropietro, the 18-year-old Roman woman murdered and torn to pieces in Macerata on January 30, 2018, will continue on October 14 in Ancona after having left a therapeutic community. On October 14, defenders Simone Matraxia and Umberto Gramenzi said: Innocent Oseghale, 32, Nigerian pusher, – in court today – sentenced to life in prison in the first degree for willful murder aggravated by sexual violence, destruction and concealment of a corpse, will make spontaneous statements. In court, Judge María Cristina Salvia illustrated the report on the events in court. The sentence could arrive on 10/14 but the president of the Treré Court has made other hearings available to continue on October 16 and 28 if necessary. Also in the courtroom were the plaintiffs, including Pamela’s mother.

“I didn’t kill her. I want to pay for what I did but I didn’t kill her.” Oseghale repeats it, crying to her lawyers who reported it on the sidelines of the hearing. (HANDLE).
