Some southern cities move in the same direction. A resolution signed by the mayor of Bari, Antonio Decaro, foresees the possibility that the exhibitors request an expansion of the space of occupation of public lands, already granted, for a greater surface area of up to 50% for the area compared to the existing premises . The occupation will only see the presence of chairs, tables and umbrellas, placed in such a way that they guarantee the rules of social distancing envisaged in the context of measures to combat the spread of coronavirus infection. The municipal administration has also provided extremely simplified procedures for access to this facility, which can be carried out by simple email communication to the town hall office. The authorization will be valid for the period strictly linked to the emergence of coronavirus.
