Expand measurements, Dpcm towards slip – There are two hypotheses on the table at Palazzo Chigi: the first is to launch, on Wednesday, the decree-framework, with the extension of the state of emergency, and the consequent Dpcm; the second is that of a “bridge” Dpcm that reaches October 15, the deadline for the current state of emergency. The two hypotheses are linked to the House vote on the majority resolution, after today’s postponement. The final decision will only be made on Wednesday morning. On one point, qualified government sources claim to be certain: “There will be no more measures than those announced by Minister Speranza in the Chamber.”

Mask always with you – The obligation to always carry the mask with you when leaving the home and the possibility that the government has its mandatory use even outdoors. This is also what the draft decree law provides, which will provide the regulatory framework for the new anti-Covid Dpcm. In fact, article 1 establishes “the obligation to always carry personal protective equipment with you, outside the home, with the possibility of forcing you to use it even outdoors when you are close to people who are not living together, and in any case with the exception of the anti-contagion protocols established for specific economic and productive activities, as well as the guidelines for the consumption of food and beverages. ”Children under six years of age, those who engage in physical activity and those with pathologies and disabilities not compatible with wearing the mask.

Heavy fines for those who violate the quarantine and premises that do not comply with the rules. – Sanctions of 500 to 5,000 euros and arrest of 3 to 18 months: these are the harsh penalties provided in the draft of the Dpcm for those who violate quarantine. We return to “phase 1” when the violation of home isolation led to the complaint for “guilty epidemic”. But even places that do not enforce health regulations run a great risk: fines of 400 to 1,000 euros in addition to closing the business for 5 to 30 days.
