</p> <p>With the’<strong>Ordinance of October 20, 2020, n. 82</strong> and with effect from October 23, 2020, to contain contagion risks related to mobility within the territory, Campania citizens are prohibited from traveling from the province of residence or habitual residence to other provinces of Campania.</p> <h2><strong>Without prejudice to movements related to particular needs</strong></h2> <p>Movements linked to needs – whose occurrence will be self-certified under personal responsibility, in accordance with Presidential Decree 445/2000 – related to:</p> <ul> <li>health reasons;</li> <li>proven business reasons;</li> <li>proven family reasons;</li> <li>school reasons and / or related to educational and / or welfare activities;</li> <li>other reasons of urgent need.</li> </ul> <p>In any case, it is allowed to return to the residence or habitual residence.</p> <p>As written, it appears that the Ordinance:</p> <ul> <li>allows residents of other regions to move freely on the territory of the Campania region;</li> <li>allows the citizens of Campania to move freely to leave the territory of the region itself.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Other decisions</strong></h2> <p>Regarding the other decisions related to the prevention and contrast of the epidemic, the Region has asked the Minister of Health to share and order the suspension of all activities from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and
