Starting Sunday, Lombardy will officially be the yellow zone. This was announced by Lombard Governor Attilio Fontana: “This morning Minister Speranza informed me that, as in previous times, he will sign the ordinance on Friday, it will be published on Saturday and it will come into effect on Sunday.”
It is confirmed that the trend of the figures in Lombardy is decreasing both with regard to the circulation of the virus and hospitalizations in ordinary and intensive wards. “A result achieved thanks to the virtuous behavior of all Lombards, whom I thank once again”, says Fontana “I urge everyone to continue on this path of daily responsibility that allows them to keep the virus under control.”
But how will the bans change? You can go to bars and restaurants until 6 in the afternoon, consuming up to 4 people at the tables. After that time, home delivery and take-out will remain valid. Movements will be allowed freely within their own Municipality and between different Municipalities, except between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., when the curfew is in force. You can go to friends and family: the Dpcm does not foresee a specific prohibition, but the recommendation is to continue without visiting people who do not live together.
You can keep going to the malls from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and the eve of holidays they will be closed. Here some brands have reviewed the opening hours like Primark in Arese that opens at 7 (read here).
