The OM of 12/24/2020 of the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza on the opening of secondary schools on January 7, 2021 is on time, according to the agreements reached in recent days.
To guarantee urgent measures for the management of health and safety emergencies, the Ordinance, in article 1, establishes that upper secondary schools will adopt flexible forms of didactic activity, in accordance with articles 4 and 5 of Presidential Decree no. 275 of 8.3.1999, from January 7 to January 15, 2021.
These days, secondary schools will have to guarantee teaching activities in the presence of 50% of the student population, the remaining 50% of the activity will be taught through integrated digital teaching.

The OM of the Minister of Health from the publication on the DO, as indicated in article 2, will be valid until January 15, 2021 and it also applies to the Regions with special statutes and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
