Wandering the net we are reading several articles that aptly highlight the extent of the incoming heat wave. But it would be okay to update these parts daily, if not multiple times in the same day. This need finds reason for being in the constant variations of the modeling and in the uncertainty surrounding the climatic trend already in the medium term.
Let’s start with a first element: the magnitude of the heat. Yes, it will be hot, that’s right. But it will be much hotter north of the Alps, while in Italy we will have thermal anomalies that should be widely between 2-3 ° C. In short, nothing that can make people cry out for exceptionality. Of course, the maximum temperatures can easily exceed the 30 ° C bar and that in some regions we can even aim for 35 ° C, there is.
But be careful, because being the infamous “omega block”, it is not certain that the depression in Western Europe, rather than the cold eruption in Eastern Europe, cannot have an effect on us as well. Just to tell you one: the arctic invasion will be closing in on the Balkans and could somehow contain the excessive power of the anticyclonic dome. It is no coincidence that in the last few hours we have witnessed a reduction of the great heat (we are talking about Italy, of course).
In the same way that we cannot exclude that the powerful depression in Western Europe may have destabilizing influences in our regions. In fact, some mathematical prediction models tell us that it could actually send extremely humid air towards the northern regions, the North Tyrrhenian and Sardinia. Obviously, if this scenario were to happen, the storms would hit hard again.
Then there is the middle groundIn other words, the humid flow from the southwest only reaches the northern regions while elsewhere we could see a thermal increase due to a subtropical fire.
As you can see, the proposed solutions are many and all attributable to dynamics that – whether you want it or not – herald the progressive decline of the summer.
