Ordinance
Effective as of December 20, 2020 and until December 23, 2020:
1. Without prejudice to the occurrence of new measures as a consequence of the evolution of the epidemiological context, effective from December 20, 2020 to December 23, 2020, throughout the region:
1.1. all measures in force as of today as a result of state provisions – including those mentioned in article 2 of the Decree of the Prime Minister of December 3, 2020 (the so-called “orange zone”) – and regional measures (Ordinance no. 96 of December 10, 2020) remain confirmed on arrival controls and mobility restrictions in the regional territory);
1.2. Without prejudice to the provisions of the Prime Minister’s Decree of December 3, 2020, bars and other catering establishments are prohibited from selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with take-away food after 11 a.m., with the exception of water.
1.3. throughout the day it is forbidden to consume food and beverages, even without alcohol, except for water, in public areas open to the public, including villas and municipal parks
1.4. All companies are obliged to measure the body temperature of customers at the entrance of their premises and to inhibit the entrance where the temperature is higher than 37.5 ° C;
1.5. Municipalities and other competent Authorities are recommended to intensify supervision and controls on compliance with current provisions, particularly in the areas of the so-called “move”;
1.6. A recommendation is made to the Municipalities in order to adopt, where appropriate, measures for the temporary closure of specific public areas or areas open to the public in which it is not possible to adequately ensure compliance with the interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter , in accordance with the provisions in force, as well as the provisions mentioned in point 1.3. of this provision.
