New York, car hits “Black Lives Matter” protesters: two women arrested

According to witnesses, the woman who was driving sped against the protesters blocking traffic and – according to local media – accused some activists of hitting her car. The latter was blocked by police a block later with a broken windshield.

The incident (or assault) took place in Manhattan in the Murray Hill neighborhood, on the East Side of Midtown, where about fifty people from the Black Lives Matter movement were protesting.
