Other measures, such as the limitation of hours for medium and large non-food retail stores, are envisaged in a second regional ordinance, which also contains provisions for contact sports, local schools and high schools. To counteract and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus – the ordinance reads -, throughout the territory of the Lombardy Region, from 11:00 p.m. to 05:00 a.m. the next day, only movements motivated by proven needs or work situations are allowed. necessity or urgency or for health reasons; in any case, it is allowed to return to the home, residence or residence. The existence of situations that allow the possibility of moving falls on the interested party. This charge can be met by filing a self-declaration. The provisions of this ordinance -continues- produce their effects from the date of October 22, 2020 and are effective until the adoption of a subsequent decree by the president of the Council of Ministers and, in any case, until the 13th of November 2020. Non-compliance with the measures referred to in this ordinance is sanctioned, according to the provisions of art. 4 of decree-law n. 19/2020.
