During the night, Prime Minister Conte signed the new Dpcm with the new anti-covid-19 measures. As already known, the Regions of Italy have been divided into three bands, corresponding to three levels of risk: the red zones, the orange zones and the green zones. Waiting definitive text of the new Dpcm and the resulting official list, let’s take a look at the map (to be defined) of the Italian regions divided by risk level.

Red zones
In the red zone they must enter Lombardy, Piedmont, Calabria, South Tyrol and Valle d’Aosta. Maybe Campania too.
Orange areas
The currently planned orange zones are Puglia, Sicily, Liguria and probably the Veneto.
The remaining Regions will be declared green areas.

Red zones: the rules
In the red regions, those identified as being at high risk, any movement in and out of the territories will be prohibited, and even travel towithin the territory, except for proven work needs or situations of need or for health reasons.
As to schoolof distance education in these regions will start from the second grade (except activities with disabled minors).
Bars, pastry shops, restaurants and all stores that do not sell basic necessities will be closed. Only catering with home delivery will be allowed and, until 10.00 p.m., catering with take-out food, with prohibition of consuming on site or in the immediate vicinity.
Food and beverage stores were opened in service and refueling areas along highways, hospitals and airports, as well as in industries.
Orange zones: the rules
The orange area includes bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and patisseries that are always closed and no longer just after 6 pm Hair salons and beauty centers would remain safe. Green areas: the rules
This is the area with the least stringent and national standards. The “curfew” begins at 10 pm in these areas. From that moment -and until five in the morning- it is forbidden to leave the house, except for health or work reasons.
For upper secondary schools, there will be distance education to 100%. In public transport, half of the capacity is expected: 50 percent in buses, metro and regional trains. Shopping centers will be closed on weekends and holidays. Museums, exhibitions, bingo halls are also closed. Block cruises.
Public competitions are suspended, including the extraordinary secondary one. With the exception of those relating to health personnel. Access to the parks will be allowed, always respecting the one meter distance rule.
