Almost everyone has an old man alone and far away in the family. Of course, with all the relevant recommendations that will be included in the Dpcm also for those who, living in the same region, can still spend the holidays with their elders.
The orientation of the CTS is to say yes, but with these rules: mask and distance always and in any case even if, as recommended, the diners will be fresh from a negative buffer that, remember, does not give any license of negativity.
