The new dpcm is known to provide a national curfew at 9 pm. This is what would have been decided this morning at Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte’s meeting with the heads of delegation. But, in his speech to the House, Conte did not give an indication of the time.

“The interventions will be uniform, then, as it is written in the previous Dpcm, each local authority in its own autonomy can also foresee greater restrictions.
The restrictions will be national, so perhaps there is also the will to make a distinction between those regions that have already passed the RT 2 and those with the lowest indices. But the measures will be national, such as the curfew at 9:00 p.m. for the entire national territory. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor, Francesca Puglisi, told Start, on Sky TG24, according to a note on the broadcast. “Unfortunately we have to sacrifice face-to-face teaching, shifting it to distance education, for all secondary schools and we are currently discussing whether to do it for third grade as well.” Then the prime minister confirmed distance education for secondary schools, announcing a number of other measures. Among these, the closure of exhibitions and museums, limitation of travel to and from higher risk regions, closure of shopping centers on weekends, tightening of corners for gambling in tobacconists and bars.

From what was learned, the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza would have illustrated the proposals put on the table by the Government in the meeting with the governors, the Anci and the Provinces, confirming the prohibition of national circulation from the 21st, the prohibition of traveling to and from regions with high index
spread of infection, the need for self-certification to travel
needed for a proven need, increased distance learning, for high schools, 100%, local public transportation 50%, shopping center closings on weekends, museum, exhibition and area closings video -Games in bars and tobacconists.
