As if love were a disease. And what was the true love between María Paola and her partner is the fact that despite the injuries and pain from the punches, kicks and slaps she suffered, she tried by all means to get the attention of the man by yelling at her. several times: “María Paola doesn’t move … let’s help her.” Only then, when that blind fury subsided, Antonio Gaglione approached his sister, realized that she was no longer breathing, collapsed to the ground like an empty sack.

The police from the Acerra barracks, led by Marshal Giovanni Caccavale, arrived at the scene of the accident, arrested Antonio Gaglione and called ambulance 118. But for Maria Paola there was nothing else to do. Instead, the partner was transferred to the Villa dei Fiori clinic in Acerra. His physical condition is not serious, but the devastating state of nervous and emotional shock remains. In front of the military Antonio Gaglione, now imprisoned for murder and private violence aggravated by homophobia, he confessed, but with shocking tone and words: “I did shit. I did not want to kill anyone, but to teach my sister a lesson and especially that one there (the partner ed) who “infected” my sister who has always been “normal”.
