(ANSA) – AREZZO, 04 SEPT – Arezzo investigating judge Fabio Lombardo has rejected the request for presentation of Fredy Pacini, the 61-year-old tire and bicycle dealer who on the night of November 28, 2018, in Monte San Savino , shot and killed Vitalie Tonjoc, 29, from Moldova, broke into her workshop-shop with the intention of robbing according to the reconstruction of the investigators. Prosecutor Andrea Claudiani, who coordinated the investigations, (now transferred to Perugia for another assignment), had requested the dismissal, recognizing Pacini as an alleged self-defense. But for the investigating judge it would be non-existent. The judge ordered an investigation supplement. The sister of the 29-year-old who died objected to the request for presentation. Pacini, that night, was in his workshop because he slept there after having suffered several successful attempts or robberies. (HANDLE).
