The first fight

We had an argument when suddenly this boy hit me with a punch in the face making me go broke on the stairs.
The matter seems finished, but more than an hour later it is still open. Zurma recalls the details: «After the fight between the boy and I I noticed that at a distance of a few meters from us another confusion had arisen between other guys who were fighting exactly on the road near the newsstand. Someone yelled at me that my friend Willy involved in the confusion was lying on the ground, making space for me between people, in fact, I noticed Willy on the ground on the sidewalk with spasms like seizures. There were crowds of people around him and I remember someone trying to rescue and revive him. Help was called and Alessandro and I left too because I had recognized Willy’s attackers. and he suggested that I leave as soon as possible so as not to incur further violence. I remember the boy who hit me had his left forearm in a cast and had short dark hair. ‘ Rosati confirms this version and also explains that “he approached one of those boys he knew and calmly asked him for an explanation of why he had said not very nice words towards the girls and immediately apologized saying that it was not him.”
Willy’s arrival
The reason that prompted Willy to get in the way was said by his friend Emanuele Cenciarelli: “At approximately 1.30 am, along with Willy and other friends, we arrived at Colleferro and we entertained ourselves for a couple of hours until 3 when we decided to leave to return. to Paliano. We were walking towards our cars when Willy saw a boy who told me he was an old friend from school who was arguing heatedly with another boy I don’t know. At that moment, Willy approached his old friend from school to understand what was going on and if I needed help … I tried to dissuade Willy from taking an interest in the matter by adding that I thought it was appropriate to go home.Willy played along with me and we walked to his car. At that moment, without Willy and I being able to realize what was happening, we were both attacked by some guys. Among whom I immediately recognized the two who had just argued with Federico, Willy’s friend. I immediately remember the image of Willy lying on the ground surrounded by 4 or 5 boys who beat him violently with kicks and punches. My protective instincts forced me to throw Willy at me to try to protect him from the blows he was taking, yelling at the attackers that Willy and I had nothing to do with what had possibly happened earlier. My requests failed, so much so that I was always kicked and punched by the same boys who had attacked Willy.
And again: “I cannot quantify the time and the aggression, the violence of the blows that Willy suffered was unheard of … The two boys with whom Federico spoke of one wore a white shirt and had a tear tattooed on their faces underneath the eye and different tattoos on his arms and hands. The other had a forearm in a cast. Three other boys joined them at the time of the attack. As far as I can remember, they all kicked and hit Willy and me. I have a vivid memory of a couple of them, but I don’t remember who exactly, who even jumped on Willy’s body lying on the ground and already defenseless. “Faiza Rouissi, who was coming home at 3 in the morning, also remembers those moments:” I was going to stand up, I saw a boy I know and stopped to share Pincarelli and Zurma who were fighting. At this point she has arrived a car at high speed black color from which five people got off. Three of them began to savagely beat everyone at the scene.. A boy stayed on the ground and although he was lying down, people beat him. I know who it was: Gabriele Bianchi, who first kicked him in the belly so Willy collapsed. And when he got up, Gabriele hit him again. He was losing blood from his mouth, Gabriele hit him on the ground again for a few moments and then, when the security of the premises arrived, he ran away with the others. At that moment we rescued Willy and called an ambulance.
Sex and threats
The Bianchi brothers are known in the area for their violence, they have a history of other fights. When the carabinieri go looking for them, they cannot deny having been in Colleferro even if they try to minimize their responsibilities. The judge emphasizes that “Marco Bianchi reported that he left the pub in the company of his brother, a friend and three girls whose names he could not give and that while they were having sex near the cemetery, they received a phone call from his friend Michele Cerquozzi who asked him help in Colleferro ». The young man who is with them in the cemetery is Vittorio Tondinelli, the fifth investigated, but oblivious to the fight.. When the three arrive at Colleferro they find Belleggia. Marco Bianchi declares: «I pushed Willy because he was arguing in a group, then I left. I have not hit him. Pincarelli and Belleggia had no hits. Willy fell under my pressure but then he got up and I left … There were so many people, I didn’t see who hit Willy ».
Belleggia offers a different version: ‘Marco Bianchi goes to Willy, kicks him and falls backwards. Gabriele Bianchi hits Willy’s friend … Willy was a short distance away, Marco Bianchi kicks him directly in the chest. Willy falls back into the car and Gabriele goes to Willy’s friend, hitting him. It is the confirmation that serves to validate the arrests. But Belleggia also adds an important detail: “Before being arrested, the Bianchi brothers advised me not to talk about what they had done.”
