The area around the building in via Montello where the bride and groom were massacred has several surveillance cameras. Including those of the “Maria Corti” university residence and that of a feline “colony” protected by animal welfare associations. However, the killer is only caught by a couple of these for a few seconds. A ticket, smashed by the killer but reconstructed by the investigators, explained why: the killer had mapped all cameras in the area and built a “safe” escape route. And in the only areas where the murderer was filmed, he was careful to wear the hood of the sweatshirt he was wearing.

Diving clothing – The investigations also focus on the clothes the killer is wearing. Initially it was thought that the killer was wearing a motorcycle suit but now that the investigation is progressing it is believed that the fugitive’s was a diving suit. Clothing that makes your body even more anonymous. To confirm this thesis there is also the weapon used to kill Eleonora Manta and Daniele De Santis. This is a diving knife. And that is why researchers are trying to do research in the field of divers. Whoever buys this equipment probably has a diving license.

Who is Andrea? – A premeditated crime, the investigators are convinced. And among the other certainties that emerge is that of the intimacy between the victims and the executioner. That the couple opened the door to such a well-dressed individual can only be explained with a deep understanding of the protagonists of this thriller. And then there is that name, Andrea, called out by Eleonora in the last moments of her life. A name heard by the only witness to the crime, a neighbor who, hearing the commotion, came out and heard the final attack on the girl in the stairwell. The witness’s name is Andrea and therefore Eleonora’s scream could also have been directed at him. But Andrea is also the name of an ex-boyfriend of Eleonora, a 37-year-old girl from Aradeo, a town 5 kilometers from Seclì, where the girl lived. The Lecce prosecutor listened to him, but denied that news of his arrest circulated.
