At a technical level, there would be a way to insert some derogation to the Christmas Dpcm and it would result in a parliamentary change through amendment to the Decree Law connected. Although it was Speranza himself who reiterated, just last night, that the measures for Christmas are confirmed and there will be no slowdown.
