A 69-year-old Italian homeless man was found dead in front of the emergency room of the Fatebenenefratelli hospital in Milan on the morning of Saturday, November 28. At the moment it is not clear what could have caused the death, almost certainly not the cold, as several wounds and fractures have been found on the body.
