Second Elsa fornero, the leader of the League Matteo salvini “He’s a little man who doesn’t realize how small he is.” Harsh words to which the Interior Minister responded on Twitter, sharing a post on the Lega Salvini home page. “Proud to be a ‘little man’, as the lady says, who freed a sea of Italians from the cage of their infamous law.”
Salvini’s reference is obviously to the so-called Fornero Law, the pension reform launched by the Minister of Welfare in Monti government. “Every day I find someone around who thanks me, many of them voted for the left”, Salvini stressed, and then added in an immediately following post: “But in P.S. the workers and the poor don’t care anymore ”.
