The governor Maurizio Fugatti announced the measures contained in the ordinance that will be signed in the afternoon regarding the new measures to contain the coronavirus during the Christmas holidays.
The ordinance will take effect from midnight today, Friday, December 18, 2020, and will last until midnight on January 6, 2020.
These are the points of the new ordinance. It is forbidden to go from 20.00 to 5.00 every day. Exit is only allowed for «proven needs “ related to work, health and urgency.
BUSINESS EXERCISES – With regard to commercial establishments of more than 250 square meters, it is mandatory to allow access to a number of people to guarantee a space of 3 square meters per person. It is also mandatory to display people counting tools or methods at the entrance of the venue.
For small shops (less than 250 meters) it is necessary to ensure a distance of at least one meter between people. The shopping centers will be open until 7:30 p.m. For them it continues to be the obligation to close on holidays and the eve of holidays except for pharmacies, food, tobacconists and kiosks.
CATERING WITH TO GO – It is allowed until 10 pm for agrotourism and wine tourism businesses with prohibition of consumption in the place or in the surroundings. Moving after 10pm is tolerated for the time strictly necessary to return home.
SPORT ACTIVITY – The activities and events of competitive sports competitions are allowed in accordance with the Dpcm December 3, 2020
USE OF MASK – The mask should always be used in closed places other than private homes and in all places outdoors, except in cases where it is possible to guarantee the isolation of people who do not live together
LUNCH AND CHRISTMAS DINNER – It is recommended to celebrate only with close family members and partners. But it is not an obligation.
TRAVEL BETWEEN REGIONS – Travel ban between all autonomous regions and provinces from December 21 to January 6 including in the yellow strip
PARTIES AND ASSEMBLIES – Prohibition of organizing parties in public and private places. Mayors may close streets and squares where they deem appropriate.
SECOND BOX – On December 25 and 26, 2020 and January 1, 2021, it is forbidden to travel to second homes even within the same autonomous community and province.
THE TRIPS – From December 21 through Epiphany, all returning from abroad will be required to observe a quarantine period.
Cinemas and theaters will be closed until January 7, 2020
