Fatal accident in Marsala. The victim is a 27-year-old from Trapani, DV. Her two children, ages 2 and 3, are very serious.
According to the first information compiled by the editorial team of Tp24, the accident occurred around lunchtime on the fast Via Salemi – Birgi.
The victim was traveling as a passenger in a car that crashed into a truck at the Birgi roundabout for reasons that are not yet clear.
The other young man driving the car, CR, 21, in fact lost control of the vehicle and entered the opposite lane. The young mother died instantly. The driver friend, also from Trapani, is hospitalized in mild condition in hospital, waiting to be tested for alcohol.
Two sons, sons of the victim, also travel with the woman. His conditions are very serious. One of the two was even thrown out of the cabin. They were rushed to Palermo due to the reported trauma.
The surveys were conducted by the Marsala Municipal Police. Among the probable causes of the accident: a fatal distraction, speed and even the slippery asphalt from the rain.
