Torino are preparing for the away game in Rome against the Giallorossi, after the great disappointments against Juventus and Udinese. The technician Giampaolo will also have to distribute his forces, given the close matches, and he has several important changes in mind from the game against the Friulians.
We start out the door first: Sirigu may be sitting on the bench after very poor performances this season. Today Giampaolo did not expressly deny this hypothesis, also mentioning the need for rotation. In his place will be Milinkovic-Savic, ready to return to Serie A. On defense, however, Nkoulou shouldn’t play, leaving room for the trio of Bremer, Lyanco and Rodríguez.
In the middle of the field, Meité should also stop: Gojak ready for his second start as a starter, along with the expert Rincón and the usual Linetty. Ansaldi should return to the flanks instead – who returned yesterday in the group after a slight injury – on the left instead of the adapted Vojvoda; another confirmation for Singo should come to the right.
In attack, the presence of Gallo Andrea Belotti, a player the team clings to in order to get out of this critical situation, is not in doubt. Sasa Lukic should be behind him, given Zaza’s absence, with Bonazzoli ready to go off the bench. The absence of offensive spares (Verdi and Millico are also out) could in fact induce Giampaolo to keep an attacker included in the current match.
BELOW THE PROBABLE TORINO FORMATION:
Torino (3-5-1-1): Milinkovic-Savic; Bremer, Lyanco, Rodríguez; Singo, Gojak, Rincón, Linetty, Ansaldi; Lukic; Belotti. Pastor Giampaolo
