LECCO – The second ‘step’ is approaching: after the change of ‘color’ on November 29, which sanctioned the transition from the ‘red’ zone of maximum risk to the ‘orange’, now Lombardy expects a greater relaxation of the measurements.

So what will change with the transition to the ‘yellow’ zone? A lot, especially from the point of view of the movements that will be made free even between municipalities and provinces (remaining within the same yellow zone) without the need for self-certification. In addition, bars and restaurants will reopen, with the possibility of eating inside, even if it is until 6 in the afternoon.

MOVEMENTS
In the yellow zone it is allowed to go from 5 to 22 without having to justify the movement. From 10 a.m. to 5 a.m., all movements are prohibited, except those motivated by proven work needs, situations of need or health reasons.
BARS AND RESTAURANTS
In this area, restaurants and other catering activities, including bars, patisseries and ice cream parlors, are open with the possibility of consumption indoors from 5 to 18. From 5 to 10 pm the sale of takeout is also allowed. Home delivery is allowed without a time limit, but in any case it must be done in accordance with the regulations on packaging and delivery of products.
DEAL
There are no restrictions on the categories of tradable goods. On holidays and the eve of holidays, commercial establishments within shopping centers and markets are closed, with the exception of pharmacies, parapharmacies, health centers, food points, tobacconists and kiosks.
The retail commercial activity is carried out in any case on the condition that it is ensured, in addition to the interpersonal distance of at least one meter, that the entries are made in a delayed way and that it is prevented from staying inside the premises longer than necessary to the purchase of the merchandise. .
THE MUSEUMS REMAIN CLOSED
The public opening service of museums and other institutes and cultural places (referred to in article 101 of the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape) is suspended.
SPORT
The activities of gyms, swimming pools, swimming centers, wellness centers and spas are suspended, except for the provision of services included in the essential levels of assistance for rehabilitation or therapeutic activities and for the training of athletes, professionals and non-professionals. who must participate in contests and events of national importance recognized by CONI or CIP.
It is allowed to go to sports centers and public and private sports clubs in the yellow zone, to carry out basic sports activities exclusively outdoors, complying with the rules of social distancing and without any type of meeting.
It is possible to practice hunting or amateur or sport fishing anywhere, always staying within the yellow zone.
